During high-volume periods — such as promotions or holidays — processing times may extend slightly.
We’ll always notify you via email if any delay occurs.

Shipping Rates

All Northern Lights orders include free worldwide shipping — no hidden costs or handling fees.
However, import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are beyond our control. Refusal to pay such fees may result in your parcel being returned or disposed of without a refund.

Tracking Your Order

Change of Address

Need to update your shipping address?
Contact support@laplandsky.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the parcel has shipped, address changes can’t be guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

We prepare orders quickly, often within hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email support@laplandsky.com within 2 hours of placing it.
After this window, the order may already be processed and en route.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

If your order appears delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us immediately at support@laplandsky.com with your order number.
