100-Day Risk-Free Trial

You have 100 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. No stress, no guesswork.

Eligibility for Returns

To keep returns smooth and fair for everyone:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@laplandsky.com with your order number and (optional) a brief reason—this helps us improve.

  2. We’ll review and, if approved, provide the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

  3. You’ll receive a RMA/return reference to include in the parcel so we can process it fast.

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

  • Prepaid label option (where available): We can issue a prepaid label and deduct the exact label cost from your refund once the item is received and approved.

  • Our error: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Customs & delays: Carrier or customs delays are outside our control and aren’t considered valid reasons for a return. We’ll always help track and resolve delays.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@laplandsky.com right away. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund after verification (photos may be requested to speed things up).

Exchanges

Want a different color or variant?

  • The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order.

  • If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact support@laplandsky.com. Once approved and received, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder the exact item you want.

Refunds – How & When

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (your bank may require extra time to post).

  • If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you don’t see the refund, please contact your bank/issuer first, then email us at support@laplandsky.com.

Return Denial

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Arrive without authorization,

  • Are outside the 100-day window, or

  • Don’t meet the eligibility criteria above.
    Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast—many orders ship within hours. If you need to change or cancel, email support@laplandsky.com immediately. We’ll help if the order hasn’t left our warehouse. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
